Caller ID is all or nothing. Either everyone gets to see your number when you call, or you block it and nobody sees it.
It’s Me changes that. Now you can show your Caller ID to just the people you want to know it’s you.
Start by turning Caller ID off in your iPhone settings. This blocks your number from being visible to just anyone. Then open Its Me. Its Me shows you your contacts and lets you un-block your Caller ID to the ones you choose. And only the ones you choose.
Keep your privacy with strangers, but don’t lose your intimacy with friends. Let them know it’s you — with It’s Me.
You choose who sees your Caller ID.
Privacy Note - Its Me does not collect or share information about you, your iPhone or its contents. It accesses your Contacts within your iPhone so that they can be displayed and modified, but thats it: no information is gathered or shared.
Support Notes
• Important - if you do not see any contacts in Its Me on iOS 6, check that it has been granted access to Contacts in Settings / Privacy / Contacts.
• Exchange users please note the instructions for configuring your iPhone and Its Me for Exchange support at http://seeits.me/exchange. We are still getting reports of crashes affecting some users who synchronize contacts via Exchange, and are working to resolve this.
• Its Me supports iPhone 4S over 3G, please contact us via [email protected] if you problems
• Its Me shouldnt cause duplicate contacts, if this this occurs please contact us via [email protected]
• If you are on Verizon please check out the support page at http://seeits.me/support for instructions on enabling Caller ID Blocking
• If your iPhone doesnt have a Settings / Phone / Show My Caller ID option (e.g. Verizon) please contact your carrier and ask them to disable Caller ID for you

I have been waiting for an app like this for years. As a physician who often calls patients, I wish to block my caller ID from some people. Yet, I want personal friends to know when I am calling. Previously, I had to either reveal my ID to everyone or block everyone. This app makes it possible to select who sees my mobile number and who does not. Thanks!
Would have been nice to know that it wont work on 3G iPhone 4s before it was bought.
FYI - To work, this app requires that you turn off caller ID in the settings, but this is no longer an option in iOS 6 (Apple deleted this option - why????), so this app simply cannot work in the latest iOS version. Bummed to find this out AFTER I paid for this app (waste of $1.99 for me). Loved the idea, but disappointed its not compatible.
Before you download Please note VERIZON AND SPRINT CUSTOMERS CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY FIRST THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH CALLER ID I think thats how you should place this on your app ad !
If u want # privacy there is nothing better than this app. I dont understand the negative reviews. So take it from some one who only gives feed back to the truly outstanding. Its Me is 5 star!
